AM5718: IDK camera output format

My customer got the board up and running. Purpose of evaluation is to test image processing capabilities. The camera on board can output the image in a variety of different formats per datasheet http://www.uctronics.com/download/MT9T111_MT9T112_DS_A.pdf . Specifically they wish to test with RAW formats.

How does one select image output format in this setup: TMDXIDK5718 IDK running

The VIP capture driver is linux based driver based on V4l2 framework. Check below processors wiki page to learn more on VIP driver -

Use below instruction to learn on possible format that can be supported by sensor and VIP interface.

#yavta --list-controls /dev/videoX

Again, you can use yavta to quickly verify if capture is happening as expected. Example below to capture 40 frames of resolution 800x600 in SBGGR8 format

yavta -c40 -fSBGGR8 -Ftest_800x600.raw -s800x600 /dev/videoX
