Hi there

Do you know if the 5x5 mm package of CC2640R2F and 5x5mm package of CC2650 is completely pin compatible. Can I just directly replace CC2650 to CC2640R2F on out PC board ?

Hi Fu,
Yes, they are pin compatible. The only difference is the radio in each module, but the pins are in the same location.
