AM3354: eMMC SYSBOOT configuration

Hi Everyone,

I am using Am3354 in my design and connected 4GB eMMC to this uP, i am able to detect eMMC and did partition on it and i am able to boot my system with SD card mode but not in eMMC mode. please guide me the procedure to boot my system with eMMC and let me know the boot pin configuration.

i am using the below configuration to boot my systems with eMMC.

On which MMC port is the eMMC memory connected? See Table 26-7 in the AM335x TRM Rev. O. Also read section 26.1.7.5 from the same document.

yes, I am using MMC1 port to connect eMMC.

Then you should be able to boot from eMMC with these SYSBOOT settings.

Hi Biser,

Yes, but in this case I am unable to boot directly from eMMC .

here i tried two scenarios.
1. Booting from SD card is okay(uboot and rootfs)
2. uboot from SDcard then i connected emmc for rootfs file then it is booting.
3. booting from eMMC (uboot and roots) not working.

from rootfs i am able to boot with eMMC but uboot level failed to boot with the same above boot pin configuration , could you please guide me to boot from eMMC.

Do you have a log file from the unsuccessful boot? If yes, please post it.
