Dear One.
We have used AM437x in one of our New PCBA, I am working on AM437x Sitar processor Boundary scan development using Goepel electronics hardware and software, I am able to develop and got the results as expected other-than D17 and D19 port.

In my circuit ports are pulled down with 10K Resistor, through Jtag I am trying to make High and measure the same through other end of the circuit, but I am getting Low at out put side and connect circuitry is supporting with port behavior (no much conflict).
I have verified through meter when ever I drive the High to D17 and D19 through JTAG, measuring 850mV maximum, we have produced 10 PCBA, all are having same issue, other than these two ports, remaining all ports are fine, i am not able to understand what's going on why not able to measure High.
