Our customer sent us a question about I/O Configurations of AM572x.
They require the configuration register address information of I/O related parameters as follows;
- drivability
- damping resistor
- pull down resistor
From DataSheet(SPRS953B) and TRM(SPRUHZ6H), our understanding is as follows;
- I/O configuration register:
"CTRL_CORE_PAD_xxxx" of "Table 4-3. Multiplexing Characteristics" on DataSheet(SPRS953B)
- Register Address:
"Table 18-28. CTRL_MODULE_CORE Registers Mapping" on TRM(SPRUHZ6H).
- Register Function about those parameters:
From "18.4.6.1.1 Pad Configuration Registers" on TRM(SPRUHZ6H).
- drivability cannot be configured.
- damping resistor cannot be configured.
- pull down resistor can be configured.
Is this understanding correct?
