How do you generate a finite pulse stream, without SW intervention (except some initial trigger), ie number N pulses of period T and duty factor DF.
I can generate one pulse (say with a timer in one-shot mode), and I can generate an infinite pulse stream (say with a PWM), but I can't generate a fixed number of pulses.
