AM4372: UART handshaking

In my design I need a UART, with handshaking capability to interface to external devices and look like a DCE. Using pinmux I am using uart2. In the description of RTS for all uarts this appears to be an output, making it look like a DTE device. Can you provide additional information for hooking this interface up or suggest another uart that is configurable as a DCE

    There are no UARTs that have hardware DCE connectivity in any of the Sitara devices. If you need this functionality you will have to use GPIOs and software for the handshaking functions. Also please note that there are no existing examples for DCE functionality in the software provided by TI.
