I'm trying to figure out how to have a basic TI-RTOS project for the F28069 (LaunchXL-F28069M). In the TI-RTOS Workshop Series 4, it shows the CCS new project having the ability to set a project template of type TI-RTOS. These do not show up when I try to create a new project and select TMS320F28069 as a target. I do see those options for the F28M36P63C2 processor, but nothing in the Piccolo family.
I have seen another thread (e2e.ti.com/.../1986377) that looks like reverting from CCS v7 to v6.0.1.00040 and TI-RTOS v2.10.01.38 from what I have (2.16.01.14) might fix it. I have a hard time believing I really need to revert all the way back to CCS 6.0.1.
The real question: For a Launchxl-F28069M board, how do I make a basic TI-RTOS project?
If I truly have to revert back to CCS 6.0.1, why isn't the Piccolo processor series being supported in CCS v7?
Thanks
