In the EVM pins L22,M21 are connected to +1.8V, but the document for the 66ak2h14 says to leave these pins unconnected.
The documentation for the EVM just describes these pins as +1.8V (Reserve) in Table 4.1.
We just want to verify for our custom board design. Should these pins should be connected or not?
