Hi,
I have TMS320C6678EVM and want to remove heat sink to replace to lower heat sink, but it seems like heat sink is glued with DSP chip.
Is there any safe way to remove heat sink from DSP ?

Stellar

Hi Stellar,
Is the heat sink mounted on the board with screws, like in the bellow picture:
If this is the case, then there is most likely just a thermal compound between the SoC and the heat sink, so try to slightly twist it.
I've also notified the hardware team to elaborate on this.
