CMEM, IRQK error executing demos

Hi,
when i boot with NFS there aren't /dev/cmem and /dev/irqk in my filesystem and i can't execute encode/decode demos

CMEM Error: init: Failed to open /dev/cmem: 'No such file or directory'
VICP Error: init: Failed to open /dev/irqk: 'No such file or directory'
VICP Error: init: Failed to open /dev/irqk: 'No such file or directory'

Should they be created when NFS mount? When i made NAND boot they exist in /dev path ...
What could be wrong? I'm using DM365IPNC-MT5 with shared filesystem provided with MontaVista

Thanks,
Andrea
