Hi,

For AM437x IDK EVM, you can go to the diag processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_RTOS_DIAG

It has the following modules tested: idkAM437x_DIAG = framework framework_loader led qspi mem mmcsd uart eeprom mcspi rtc
