Can you please specify what camera is being used with the composite port on the LCDK? We are not seeing this issue with a D1 640x480 camera and standard resolution monitor.

Is it possible for you to use a DVD player with composite out with the LCDK to eliminate the camera from the setup. Please report of the video loopback also has this issue.
