Would anyone share on the estimation of the timing require for the OMAP3530 to wake up from Off mode (With and Without Sys_Off_Mode Signal)?

    The wake up time from off mode is 20 ~ 40 ms on Linux measurements. With SYS_OFF_MODE signal it will increase by approximately 10 ms.

    Any estimation on the power consumption during the wakeup process?

    Is there a list for NAND and DDR part numbers and associated memory densities supported by the PoP package for OMAP3530?

    Hi Nanyang,

    Unfortunately, we don't have specific power estimates during wakeup process from off mode.

    Regarding to POP memory list, there is some information available at Micron website (http://www.micron.com/partscatalog.html?categoryPath=products/parametric/MCP/multichip_packages). Please check POP memory for TI (OMAP).
