Hello,

We have IPNC RDK v5.1.0. We checked on internet and found that beta version of IPNC RDK v5.1.2 is released on Feb 20, 2017.

Following link tells beta version of IPNC RDK v5.1.2 is released.

We would like to know what are the changes in the newer version of IPNC RDK with respect to IPNC RDK v5.1.0?

As you mentioned, this is the Beta version of the software intended for new generation of boards.
All major features are listed under the wiki link that you have shared.

Probably, you can wait for the GA and official announcement from TI.
