DaVinci Serial Bug?

Hi, All

Today, I tried to use UART1 and UART2 to communicate with some devices and I found that When UART1 and UART2 are configured to work at speed 38400, the data communications are wrong ,while working at 115200, it is OK. I am very confused, and found that when configured at speed 38400, it works at speed 19200, is this a serial bug?

Linux kernel version 2.6.10,  release with DVEVM 1.20 version.

Would someone give me some help to fix this?
