Hi,
I have used TPS659039 PMIC and X5777AXGABC processor for one of our project.
We are facing some issue in our board where 3 voltage rails of processor showing less impedance (less than 1 ohm).
Initially we observed this problem in one board later replaced the processor,now its repeating on all other boards.
Common observations during this failure at these instances are as follows:
* Unit in which this card is assembled has the feature to use two batteries which are controlled by usage of DPDT switch.
* There is an I2C lines for battery given to processor to check battery status.
* This issue we observed is always occurred at first power cycle of the board.Following voltages rails of processor showing short.
VCC_Core
VCC_1V8
VCC_3V3
Not able to identify the root cause for this. Please check and let us know your observations on this
