Linux/AM3358: Linux image load on custom board

Part Number: AM3358
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Tool/software: Linux

Hi TI Folk,

  Good day to you.

Please advise how to load the customized Linux image into the AM3358 prototype board which didn't design SD card interface, the details information are as below:

1. The prototype board does not come with SD interface. It does have USB, UART and JTAG. It is based on the beagle bone black design.

2. The prototype board is a blank board.

3. Refer to Sitara Uniflash Quick Start Guide (see the link in below), the bootloader is buit-in Sitara's ROM already, Just want to double confirm that the TI full MPN AM3358BZCZ100 has bootloader in its ROM too.

4. Is it possible to load the linux image by JTAG directly? , if yes, please share the details.

5. Is it possible to load the linux image by selecting UART boot mode? if yes, please share the details.

5. Any suggestion of what is good way to do the testing.

best regards.
