Just to clarify before going further, you mean you don't have the use case options for PCIe_SS1/PCIe_SS2 for single/dual lane correct? We can add this. You can still configure the needed pads though, they are currently available no problem.

Sorry f the misunderstanding, let me clarify. The tool will only allow me to have 1 PCIe bus, not two as stated in the spec. Thanks, Ron.

Alright, I have filed internal ticket for this to be fixed. Note that team is wrapping up a new release already as we are speaking, so these updates will probably make it into the version after.
