How to install PSP drivers for C6424

Hi,

I am using CCSv4.0 and c6424 evm. I would like to enable cache on the C6424. I read on the forum that CSL library is not provided but instead PSP driver package is provided for c6424. I have downloaded the PSP driver package given at the link :

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_registered_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/psp/bios_psp/1.10.xx/01.10.03/DM648_BIOSPSP_RELEASE_01_10_03.zip

But I do not know how to install the same so that I can use it in my project.  Is there a doc which details how I can program it directly without using PSP driver package.
