Who said the TMS320VC33PGE120 is reaching EOL? It is still marked Production although NRND online, where we clearly say it continues in production for existing customers, of which you appear to be one since you are asking.

If you know how many you want to use in your product's lifetime, you are certainly welcome to place an order for them all.
