For clarification, do the pins labeled "RESERVED" need to be pulled up to 1.8V through a 10K resistor for proper operation?
The data sheet does not specify what voltage to use on these pull ups.

This is a good question, it seems this has been omitted from the datasheet, I will file this as a documentation bug.
What is more concerning is that the schematics from the AM3517 EVM appear to leave the two reserved pins (U2 and V1 on the ZCN package) floating. Keep in mind however that the EVM is not meant to be a reference design, and is laid out early in the device validation process, so just because it leaves the pins floating does not mean production designs should.
My impression is that the pull up would be based on the VDDSHV setting you have, either 1.8v or 3.3v, though this is not an official statement (until the datasheet is updated).
Ken, those pins should be pulled to VDDSHV. I have made note of this and will put it into the next rev of the data manual.
Thanks,
Jeff
