Starterware/PROCESSOR-SDK-DRA7X: DRA7xx EVM Linux SDK 64-bit Binary

Downloaded <ti-processor-sdk-linux-automotive-dra7xx-evm-03.01.00.03-installer.bin> from "software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html".
Using QuickHash v2.8.0 the MD5 checksum does not match the value in <md5sum.txt> provided at the same link.
Other items downloaded from the same link had successful checksums.
I downloaded the bin on two differnt machines and networks with the files providing the same checksums.
Expected hash from <md5sum.txt>: 4baa7d7ca3ae7876d570471ebff330f4
Calculated hash: 218B6368A0492D7D47BE54A33D836453
Anyone else having this problem?
I am reluctant to load the bin at this time.

Hi Jim,

I get exact the same hash as you (I tried with md5sum command line tool in Mingw), I suspect the value in .txt file might be wrong.
Did you tried to install the .bin file?

I will forward it to PSDKLA expert for comment.

I suspect the same thing that the value in the .txt file is probably wrong.
I have not tried to install the .bin file yet hoping for a definitive answer to my concerns before I do.
I am on a tight timeline to get the SDK installed and running so I think I will go ahead and try it.
Will post how it went after installation.
Did you forward to a PSDKLA expert?

Hi Jim,

We have made a new PSDKLA 3.02 release yesterday:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Category:Processor_SDK_Linux_Automotive

I would recommend moving to this release. Can you please check this release and see if you still face the problems?

The new downloads md5 checksum is good. I will install and see if works.

I was able to build a boot kernel install it on the micro SD card, and booted the board with it.

The install worked.
