We need to port an LTE application on to embedded system processor (DSP/ARM or heterogeneous architecture)
Going through various discussions we came to know TI has support for LTE lib and it is licensed. However no further details are found regarding licensing.
Kindly let us know more details about that library and other open source ITE libraries that are available for Keystone architecture (Hawking DSP SoC) of TI.
