RTOS: How to access HTTPS site with port number

I am using Ti RTOS v 2.16.01.14 with Tiva 129xl board.

I can access a secure site "https://www.amazon.com" using the following format

amazon.com:443

what if I wanted to access "www.amazon.com:9443/.../test"

How would I add the port number to access the secured website?

Is this a valid URL?

The default port for HTTPS is 443. Sometimes the HTTP port 80 is also used for HTTPS. If the port number 9443 is a valid port that the HTTPS server supports then you could setup the hostname in your application to be:

amazon.com:9443

I have a website which is secured and I need to access its 9443 port.

So if I put the HOSTNAME as amazon.com:9443, then Http client will establish a SECURED connection on port 9443.

Is it right understanding?

Yes, if the HTTPCli connection is created with TLS params set.
