When the data sheet of VPFE was read, I did not understand some terms.

What do 'U10Q7' and 'S12Q8' mean ?

I examined it. But I still can't understand.

Those are fractional Q-format notations. The U represents that it is an UNSIGNED quantity while the S means SIGNED. Perhaps this paper will help or I'd suggest doing a Google search on Q format.
