AM3358: Soldering process and code uploading questions

Hi,

I am very new to use am3358 microprocessor and i am having problem in soldering it on pcb i have made.

Also, I don't know how to upload code in this chip using only breakout pins on it .So, it would very helpful if someone suggest me to get rid of the problem i am facing.

Hi,

This device is a BGA array and should be soldered by reflow process in a PCB assembly house. It cannot be soldered manually.
As for your question about code uploading, please specify what software you are using and what do you mean by "breakout pins".
