DM648 EVM to CCS connection problem.

Hi,

I have the board Lyrtech DM648 evaluation module and I have a problem:
using the configuration for signum JtagJet emulator  when I try to open CCS 3.3 I receive the message:
 
"Error initializing register data:
There was an error creating the flat XML file."
 
If I run the EmuDiag application the jtag pass all the test.
The available Factory board configurartion I used in the CCS setup is "DM648x7 JTAGjet Emulator with ICEPICK_C" 
If I define my own configuration in the CCS setup, I receive  when I try to connect to the evaluation  module the message:
 
Error connecting to the target
I/O Port = 240
Board Name: DM648
Cpu Name: C6400PLUS_0
Abort:  Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry:  Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel:  Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.
 

 I used in sw2 and sw3 the default configuration and also I changed to the following configuration with the same result:
