RTOS/TMS320C6678: ask about restore task stack

Hi.

now i'm using dsp on C6678 (lte eNodeB)

- bios 6.31.04.27

we made dump fuction if abnormal exception happend,

we save dsp register and stack dump.

but I don't know how to restore thread(or core) stack from dump.

can you recommend such as document or advise me about that?

how do you debug dsp exception problem?

Hi MYUNGSOO,

To trace the call flow from core dump is not trivial, you have to manually calculate the offset according to register argument conventions of function call, and then derive the return addresses in the stack to locate the next function call... The approach to debug DSP exception described in the thread (e2e.ti.com/.../312587) would be more helpful.
