I have been able to successfully import the schematic but the problem is that I cannot get the PCB layout and schematic together.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for contacting TI. It looks like this particular design was not done in Altium. If you look at the CAD files that can be downloaded from www.ti.com/.../tidrlh7.zip, you'll see this particular design was done in Cadence.
