RTOS/TMDXSK437X: Starter Kit support

We purchase a board through Mouser "AM437x Starter Kit (TMDXSK437X) – Texas". On power-ON sequence we wont observed the good quality images on display.

need a working demo or suggest where we can replace this boards with new one.

We don't have more knowledge of this board and we don't want to kill the project.

Hi,

I looked at the QSG of the EVM: http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/sprw270/sprw270.pdf. Looks the demo runs Linux OS. Do you see anything like Figure 5 in QSG on your LCD screen? Nothing at all? Or you saw the demo but the LCD is in poor quality? Try to understand if this is SW problem or HW (LCD) is broken.
