Where's config interface of SYSBIOS when I double-click the app.cfg?

Hi Elvis,

The default for opening *.cfg files changed to the XDCscript Editor in CCS 7.1. To open the graphical interface just "right-click" the *.cfg file an select the "XGCONF" option in the "Open With" field. I have attached a screenshot below:
