I'm trying to profile graphics performance on AM5728. I found this page where it says "Run GLBenchmark and capture performance ...".

Where can I find the "GLBenchmark" tool ?

This tool is licensed only for TI. Customers need to procure from Kishonti.

The link from that you shared (this page) above is broken and I can't see where you got the reference for GLBenchmark tool. It is tool a to measure and publish SGX performance.

What do you want to benchmark?

The web page I was referring to is - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Processor_SDK_Linux_Kernel_Performance_Guide#Graphics_SGX_Driver

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I want to profile the graphics performance (on SGX) and I believe the benchmark tool will be helpful in understanding the processor's capability. I did find some performance numbers published at http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php?title=Processor_SDK_Linux_Kernel_Performance_Guide&oldid=212087#Graphics_SGX_Driver but I'm not able to comprehend it. I understand that the tool requires license. If there is any alternative as rogerio has suggested, it would be helpful.
