Part Number: AM4377
Okay, I'm a little unclear on how to use the display subsystem in the AM4377. The literature in the user manual says that it supports displays with parallel and/or serial interfaces. We are using a small 96 pixel x 96 pixel colour LCD display which has an SPI as well as a parallel interface. We have selected the SPI bus. Can the display subsystem drive this display through the SPI bus? I cannot find any documentation that shows this connection. Help!
I also have a question about the GUI Composer. It's application is not clear to me. Can I develop a display interface with this tool to drive our SPI connected display? The GUI composer seems to be more geared to web server type apps, those used in phones and tablets.
