AM5728: EVM power failure

Part Number: AM5728

Hello,

I was writing a driver for PMIC chip to control TF slot voltage up and down. Registers reading/writing were OK. So I want to measure if the voltage was changed. I used a multimeter to measure some resistors near the TF slot. After a while,  I found the the shell hanged. Then I rebooted the board and found u-boot can not show from the serial port. I thought I may shorten the circuit or it may be damaged by static charge.

The power button can't work anymore. Is there a way can save it?

Thanks you,

Zitao
