Hi ,

I am using TMS320c6455 DSP. We have to send and receive the packets via ethernet.We are using Sys/Bios,NDK & NSP. In main we are creating socket.Then we are binding it and sending the packets.But sendto is not working fine .recvfrom also same problem .I am attaching the code below .In output it is showing llEnter() and llExit illegal call like that .Why it will come?will it be cause not to work Sendto API?Is there any thing change we have to do?Why It is not working ,please let me know.

You cannot call these from main. You need interrupts enabled. Try doing this from a task.

thank you for your reply.How to enable interrupts using task? How to use sendto recvfrom API's in Ethernet?

In TI website there is an examples for each DSP when we will download that perticular DSP kit . Each DSP is having ,But I didnot find any example regarding dsk6455 dsp examples. If you are having any example using TMS320C6455 DSP perticularly for EMAC,Can you send the examples.

Interrupts are enabled as part of BIOS_start. You don't have to do anything. I know there are examples for C6455 in this version, but it's a little old: software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Hi ToddMullanix ,

I have installed the version NDK 2.0.00 which you have sent in the following link. software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html
I am using the following versions:
Code composer Studio 6.0.1
SYS/BIOS : bios_6_37_05_35
NDK: ndk_2_0_00
NSP: nsp_1_10_02_09
xdc tools_3_25_03_72.

Normally when we will open code composer studio products will come what and all we have installed ,there we will add that products ,But I am getting all the products except NDK_2_0_00. When I am importing from TI Explorer, there also the examples are not importing in code composer studio.
Is there any restrictions to use particular versions of NSP, NDK, DSP /BIOS ? , Or else any other problems?

Can you send what you have used the versions of NSP , NDK , DSP /BIOS for Ethernet.
