How to run sample H264 Decoder code on DM6467T evm

Hi,

        Am recently started using DM6467T EVM and I like to run the sample H264 Decoder code on it using CCSv4, Can anyone suggest the proper steps I should follow for loading the program and running it on the EVM board. The H264 Decoder code has ".out" files for CONT1,CONT2 and Host , but am not able to connect the CONT1, CONT2.
