I want to use facedetect demo for my application, but I find that the frame rate is very low, even though I remove the facedetect part of source code, the frame rate is still very low. How can I do? my Development board is TMDSLCDK6748.

Can I change some parameter in the function SetUpLCD(void) or SetUpVPIFRx(void) of facedetect_lcdk.c to improve the frame rate?

The frame rate is slow, probably because of the color space conversion used in the example. you may be able to get higher frame rate by reducing the resolution. Also, the code doesn`t use DMA for data movement as far as I remember this makes getting to higher frame rate quite difficult.

Thank you for your answer, and now I know that in raster mode, the LCD controller derives an output clock, LCD PCLK, from SYSCLK2 using the formula PCLK = SYSCLK2/CLKDIV, where CLKDIV = 2 to 255. So I ask that how to set CLKDIV and LCD PCLK,

CLKDIV is set using LCD Control register.
