Hi Miguel,

Is TMS320DM355 support MT46H32M16LFBF-6 mDDR ?., is this been used and tested out for functioning ?

    Sudarshan,

    I don't see why this mDDR memory(133Mhz version) won't work with our ddr controller.

    We don't test out every single memory from the vendors out there with our device, our DDR interface (I/Os) adhers to the (JESD79-2A JEDEC standard) as stated in the device operating conditions section of the datasheet.  

    So if voltage level (1.8v) and all the signals are there and the word size(max 16bit) is also correct and the maximum speed(133Mhz) that we support complies then it should be fine.

    What we do strictly require is to follow our DDR/mDDR layout routing guidelines, for DM355 this are noted in this document.

    Implementing DDR2/mDDR PCB Layout on the TMS320DM35x DMSoC (Rev. D)(http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/spraar3d) 

    The maximum speed that we support for mobile DDR with our DM355 device is 133Mhz. (this will be added in the next revision of the datasheet)
