Hi all,

We are testing VPS-display dss application. We are giving input .tigf format files for display output.

How to create the .tigf format file ?

What are the steps involved in it ?

Hi Gokul Kujulva,

tigf is nothing but raw YUV420 NV12 video file. Some history of tigf, The DSS team has developed a raw YUV/RGB file viewer. And we have used a new file extension tigf (which stands for TI Graphics file) for that tool.

Just a clarification each file in the attached is of 422-interleaved and 420-semiplanar(nv12) 720x480 images.

It is plain YUV/RGB files, you could just change your yuv422 files extension to tigf.
Btw, you could directly load your yuv/rgb file using ccs. there is no need to change extension.
