Hi,

Pin capacitance is included in the AM335X IBIS model: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware The capacitance values found in the IBIS model currently represent the package capacitance which is largest portion of the total capacitance. Therefore, you should be able to use the capacitance values found in the IBIS for modeling.
