I tried to run the DVFlasher executable I have been using on a WinXP+SP2 box on a new machine with WinXP+SP3 and it always fails. The error is a system dialog box that states, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Clock on OK to terminate the application." This error occurs even if I just try to display the help (DVFlasher -h).
Again, this is the exact same file that works on a WinXP+SP2 machine.
Any thoughts as to what could be wrong?
