Hi all,
My customer made 50 boards and the following problem occurred on one board.
49 pieces are operating normally.
[Problem]
When they open the register view of the CCS, they can not read the values of
USB related registers & GPMC registers and become "Unread".
Other registers values can be read normally.
If they run "step over" in CCS GUI and execute the command to access unread's registers,
CCS freezes.
Is this a device failure or mounting problem?
Please tell me if there are matters to check.
