I am currently trying to initialize and load a dsp image from the gpp in the omap3530. I have several questions. Note I am trying to follow section 14.4.1.2.1 of spruf98f:
1. Is it the DSP or the MPU that sets up the MMU TLBs?
2. Are the IVA2.2 addresses (0x5d000000...) supposed to be accessible from the MPU?
I am trying to follow the MMU initialize sequence from the manual by setting up a static TLB list however I am unable to write to any of the configuration registers for the MMU. I have even tried reading these memory locations directly from the u-boot prompt but it just crashes. I don't have much experience with the omap but from my previous experience it is behaving like there is a chip select or something that is not set up correctly but I cannot find anything I am missing.
