how to set lower speed for ddr2 ?

it seems my board is not stable because of ddr speed. someone knows how to set a lower speed?

device is MT47H64M16 – 8 Meg x 16 x 8 banks.

it seems every DDR register On DM355 must be changed according to the data rate.

have someone done that? such as 133MHz speed. can you share you register setting code?

Section 3.5 of the DM355 datasheet has several examples of the PLL settings required to set the ARM and DDR speeds for this device:

i have figure it out ,just follow the ddr2 part .

Do you mean to say that this issue is resolved and you will just use a DDR2 part in your design?
