What is a .xem4 file format ? Is there any compressed format of this file is available which can be loaded into target ?

Gokul,
.xem4 is just a renamed ELF executable for bare-metal Cortex-M4 Arm architecture. As far as I know, there is no support in TI-RTOS for decompressing executables after they are loaded on the target.
