can you give more details what you try to do, it is not very clear from your post?
Also can you tell which is the version of the SDK you use?

infoadas version: ti-infoadas_dra7xx-evm_1_05_00_03, in this platform , run 3d srv and sca at the same time, sca display size 1280 x 720, 3d SRV have five windows display, sca display will covers 3d srv five windows, I want to swith sca and 3d srv display

By default, weston / wayland does not provide mechanism for setting relative Z order for surfaces.
This is not possible by default.

Instead, if you use subsurfaces, you can configure the order of the subsurfaces easily.
Also, you can make them visible / invisible.

Current WS wayland implementation is based on XDG shell surfaces, it needs to be done with subsurfaces.
Please raise a JIRA ticket with this requirement and priorities
