One of my motor drive customers is using AM4377 on their board and they would like to understand:
1. They use LPDDR2 and it is most of the time in IDLE state, my question is what is the current consumption from VDDS_DDR power terminals (DDR IO domain) when LPDDR2 device is IDLE?
Please note: the data sheet indicates on maximum consumption of 150mA but I assume it relates to consumption in case LPDDR2 is not in IDLE.
2. What is the current limit of any GPIO pin (when it's configured to be an output)? They have all I/O domains connected to 1.8V.
