・Processor Linux SDK's ECCN is "5D002".
・ECCN number does not depend on software version.
　In any version, ECCN is 5D002.

Is my understanding correct?

As for license exception, we though that ENC should be applied.

I confirmed with our Export Control group that the ECCN is as Rogerio says above:

Publicly Available - Encryption* Source or Object Code

This is consistent with changes made last September.
