How to process unused MMC/SD/SDIO pins of DM6446 when powered down (VDD3P3V_PWDN.IOPWDN1 = 1)

Hi,

I'd like to know that how to process unused MMC/SD/SDIO pins of DM6446 when powered down (VDD3P3V_PWDN.IOPWDN1 = 1).

  SD_CLK  /  SD_CMD /  SD_DATA[3:0] :  pullup(w/ xx-kOhm) or pulldown(w/ xx-kOhm) or open ?

Thanks in advece for your cooperation.

  • I received a suggestion for the I/O/Z pins to have an external pulldown (4.7K-10K range) on them to keep them from floating.  This would be the bi-directional SD_CMD, SD_DATA[3:0] signals on B9, C9, D9, E9, E8.  It was suggested that the output SD_CLK, on A9, could probably be left as a no connect.

    Regards,
